2 piece ball valve structure and characteristics
The valve body of the 2 piece ball valve is composed of two parts: the main valve body and the auxiliary valve body, so it is called the 2 piece ball valve. It is a ball valve commonly used by us. After the ball core, seat and stem are installed in the main valve body, the secondary valve body is connected to the main valve body by threading or bolting. The ball core flow channel is full diameter size, small flow resistance, large flow capacity.
The 2 piece ball valve also has internal thread connection, external thread connection and internal and external thread connection. The thread is usually 55° taper pipe thread with good sealing. Two-piece flanged ball valve is widely used.
